INTRODUCTION    
 We have diferents types of music like: Garifuna music   Rock   Reggaeton   Punta  Bachata   Cumbia   Hip Hop   Salsa Reggae  Matamuerte   Classical music Merengue   Pop latino
music education
Music Education is a compulsory subject in the educational system taught by teachers Honduras degree awarded by the National Pedagogical University Francisco Morazan National Autonomous University of Honduras and other centers of musical education.


Honduran Composers Among the composers we mention Norma Erazo, Francisco Diaz Zelaya , Javier Reyes, Jorge Mejia, Jorge Santos, Toribio Bustillo Diaz, Rafael Coello Ramos , Lilian Heyer , Walterio Galdámez , Roger Garcia, Luis Enrique Godoy Fagoagas , Julio Zelaya , German Bethuel Gerson Hernandez. Emerging composers and great promise as Jesus Mejia Mejia and Kevin Allan Lorenzana .

Jazz entered the country in the nineteenth century due to immigration of Southerners , they found in the northern Honduran coast a place to live in peace among their influences

Marimba is a traditional instrument par excellence , with her Honduran folk songs accompanied connotation and which are interpreted by the " Folk Dance Table of Honduras " . Rock music is a genre of  popular music that originated as Rock an Roll in the United States in the 1950s, and developed into a range of different styles in the 1960s and later, particularly in the United Kingdom and the United States. Diablos Negros Delirium KhaoticoSector 16Ytterbium:
 Punta is the main "ritmo" of Honduras, with other sounds such as Caribbean salsa, merengue, reggae, and reggaeton all widely heard especially in the North, to Mexican rancheras heard in the interior rural part of the country. 

Bachata is a Latino genre of music that originated in the Dominican Republic in the early parts of the 20th century with the European and African descendants in the country and spread to other parts of Latin America and Mediterranean Europe. We don’t have music of this type
Reggaeton is a music genrewhich has its roots in Latin and Caribbean music.

Latin pop refers to pop music that contains sound or influence from Latin America but it can also mean pop music from any Spanish-speaking world
