Yoro Tourism

Yoro department is located in the North Central zone Honduras, its provincial capital is the city of Yoro, which together with El Progreso and Olanchito are its most important cities. The land area of the department is of 7,781 km². Its population until 2012 was 571.569 inhabitants and its territory is divided into 11 municipalities, 263 villages and 2,015 hamlets.
